In this episode, we dive into the power and purpose found in the name of Jesus.
Through His death and resurrection, Jesus didn’t just offer us salvation—He established His authority over every power, every dominion, and every spiritual force. Today, He sits on the throne, and His name still carries that same power.
But do we truly live like we believe that?
I share a personal experience from a Bible study where I became aware of the presence of a demon—an encounter that reminded me of a sobering truth:
We are always in a spiritual battle, whether we see it or not.
This episode is a call to wake up to the reality of that battle—but more importantly, to the authority we have in Christ.
The same power that raised Jesus from the grave… Lives in us.
So what would it look like if we actually believed that?
What if we stopped holding back and fully committed our lives to Jesus—trusting that He can work through us with the same power that conquered death?
In this episode, we unpack:
• The authority of Jesus over every power and dominion
• The reality of spiritual warfare in everyday life
• Why the name of Jesus still carries power today
• What it means to live as a light in a dark world
• A call to fully surrender and live boldly in Christ
Because there is not only power in the name of Jesus—
there is also purpose.
Imagine what the Holy Spirit could do in our homes, our churches, and our communities…
if we fully lived like we believed it.

In this episode of Table Talks, we sit down with Racheal and Mike O’Neill to have an honest, meaningful conversation about God’s love—what it is, why He gives it, and how it should change us.
Rooted in 1 John 4:9–11, Romans 5:8, John 13:34–35, and 2 Corinthians 5:14, we explore the truth that God’s love is not something we earn—it flows from who He is. And more than that, it’s a love that moves toward us, rescues us, and invites us into transformation.
In this conversation, we unpack:
• Why God loves us even when we don’t deserve it
• How the cross proves His love in action
• What His love has done in our lives personally
• What it looks like to actually live changed by His love
• How to love others with grace, truth, and humility
This isn’t just a conversation about receiving God’s love—it’s about allowing that love to reshape how we live, how we think, and how we treat the people around us.
Because when we truly understand His love, it doesn’t leave us the same.
Pull up a chair and join the conversation.

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Kelly Strotman for a real, honest, and joy-filled conversation about what it looks like to live a life of faith when the unexpected happens.
From laughter on the couch to deep moments of reflection, this episode feels like two friends talking about life, motherhood, and the ways God is working behind the scenes—even when we don’t understand the path.
Rooted in Proverbs 3:3–5, we talk about trusting the Lord with all our hearts and allowing Him to make our paths straight, even through seasons of uncertainty.
Kelly shares her journey of walking through her father’s battle with MS, cancer, and ongoing health challenges, while continuing to lead, serve, and live out her faith in everyday life. Her story is a powerful example of what it means to be blessed to be a blessing—allowing God to use both trials and blessings to impact others.
In this episode, we cover:
• Trusting God when life doesn’t go as planned
• Seeing purpose in both trials and blessings
• Living out faith in everyday moments
• The reality of mom life and letting go of perfection
• Giving yourself grace and focusing on what truly matters
Because sometimes…
- The dishes can wait
- Perfection isn’t the goal
- And God is still at work in the middle of it all
This episode will leave you encouraged to trust God more deeply, live your faith out authentically, and remember that He is orchestrating your life for a greater purpose.

In this episode, we explore a powerful truth: redemption and restoration are found through full submission to God.
Walking through Matthew 16:24–27 and James 4:4–10, we talk about what it really means to deny your sinful nature, take up our cross, and follow Jesus. Submission can feel heavy at first — letting go of old ways, resisting the pull of the world, and giving our lives fully to God.
But here’s the truth:
The weight of surrender leads to fullness and abundance in Christ.
I also share my personal journey through what I call the three C’s: Confess, Choose, and Change.
• Confess – I made the decision to believe that God is real and that I needed Him not just for eternity, but for my life right now.
• Choose – I had to actively turn from my old life in my 20’s and decide to be all in with Jesus.
• Change – Now I live in an ongoing relationship with God, where I continue to submit the areas He reveals, and He faithfully transforms me day by day.
So many believers stop after confession. They give their lives to Christ, but don’t fully walk away from what’s comfortable. They hesitate to lay everything at Jesus’ feet, often out of fear—fear of losing freedom, identity, or the things they love.
But what we discover in surrender is this:
✨ Nothing good is lost in Christ.
✨ It is made more whole, more joyful, and more aligned with who we were created to be.
In this episode, we unpack:
• What true submission to God looks like
• Why resisting the world leads to real freedom
• How surrender opens the door to restoration and redemption
• Why following Jesus fully leads to a life of peace, purpose, and abundance
This is an invitation to move beyond surface-level faith and step into a fully surrendered, fully transformed life in Christ.
There is more waiting for you on the other side of surrender.
